Job Responsibilities
Ø Conducting market research: Designing and executing market research studies, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups, to gather data on consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Ø Data analysis and interpretation: Analyzing research data using statistical techniques and data analysis tools to identify patterns, trends, and insights relevant to the regional market.
Ø Market trend identification: Monitoring and tracking market trends, consumer preferences, and industry developments specific to the assigned region.
Ø Competitive analysis: Assessing competitors’ strategies, market positioning, and product offerings to identify opportunities and challenges within the regional market.
Ø Report generation: Summarizing research findings and insights in clear and concise reports or presentations for internal stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations based on the data analysis.
Ø Collaboration and communication: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and sales, to provide market insights and support strategic decision-making.
Ø Stakeholder management: Building relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry experts, to gather insights and validate research findings.

Ø Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
Ø Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that data on the releases are accurate and the angle of the release is correct
Ø Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices
Skillset
» Proven Market Research Analysis experience
» Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
» Strong communication and presentation skills
» Excellent knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, SAS or similar), databases and MS Office
» Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen
» Familiarity with CRM programs
» Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)
» Working knowledge of data warehousing, modelling and mining
» Strong analytical and critical thinking
Experience
» Minimum 5 years of Experience in the same field of Market researcher and Data Analyst
» Experience in Manufacturing & Industrial job background is preferred
» Proven work experience as a Market Research Analyst.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Analyst, or related field.
